Elaina Reihl- Owner/ Stylist/ Colorist
Elaina grew up in Seattle, and in a little town across the Puget Sound, Poulsbo. But as the Texan saying goes, "We're not from here, but we got here as fast as we could," and she and her husband chose to make Texas their home. She has been doing hair since she was 4 years old. "I did my 1st haircut on myself. Not just a little snip either. I did a complete haircut. It took quite awhile to grow back out." She began her formal education in high school through their Cosmetology program. She finished up in Arizona, where she and Copie lived while he was stationed there in the USMC. She has received additional training through Redken, Paul Mitchell, Maria Nila, Kenra, Matrix, Morrocan Oil, and many other continuing education resources. "We bring in educators to the salon for classes and training, and we attend hair shows and conventions to better ourselves as Stylists and to stay current." Elaina's husband, Copie, is an O&M Technician at the Power Plant in Marion. They are the proud parents of 2 sons - both are graduates of University of Houston. On August 8, 2006, we opened Stylin' Hair Salon. "My goal was to create a peaceful and relaxing environment for the clients and the Salon and Spa team. I feel very blessed to have my family, and to be able to spend my workdays surrounded by talented and creative women, who are also my friends. My husband teases me that I don't really work. Kathy Reasor- Stylist/ Colorist
Kathy was born in St. Paul, Minnesota. When she was 8 years old, her dad retired from the Air Force, and she and her family moved to Schertz. She graduated from Clemens High School, where she also attended Cosmetology school. After graduation, Kathy entered the salon world, and has been making people look and feel beautiful ever since! She has attended many continuing education classes and has received certification training from Wella, Matrix, Paul Mitchell, Redken, and Kenra, to name a few. She is a Certified Redken Colorist. Kathy's biggest passion is her family. They live in New Berlin on beautiful acreage. Kathy's husband, Perry, is a manager for Coca Cola. Kathy and Perry are the parents of Colby and Deidra, and are also the proud Grandparents of Bradyn and Zara, who are the light of their lives. I have been truly blessed to work with amazing stylists and the best friends a girl could ask for. Michelle Edwards-Stylist/Colorist
Michelle was born and raised in a small town in Indiana. She married her high school sweetheart and followed her husband's career for 15 years. They spent time in Tennessee before ending up in Texas. She is the proud mom of two sons and one daughter. Son Zack, is a Teacher and Football coach in north Texas. Daughter Sammie, attends college on a path to become a Veterinary Tech, and works at a doggy day care. Animals are her passion! Michelle has received continuing education through Redken, Pureology, Matrix, Kenra, and Paul Mitchell. She is a Matrix Color Specialist. Shelly Gembler-Stylist/Colorist
Shelly was born and raised in Seguin, TX., and lives in Marion, TX. Her daughter, Haylyn, attends Texas A&M University, and son, Kaydyn, is in 12th grade. They are very active in the FFA program showing steers, lambs, & pigs. Shelly has had a passion for hair since she was in diapers, using her Barbie’s as her first clients. She is very laid back and down to earth. After graduating from Marion High School, Shelly continued her education at Seguin Beauty School in New Braunfels, while working part-time in La Vernia. She has been a stylist for over 20 years. Shelly loves spending time meeting new people and having fun. She also loves to spend her time with her family, at stockshows, her horses, and traveling, as well as going to rodeo’s on the weekends. Carmen Greco-Stylist/Colorist
Carmen was born in Ft. Hood, Texas. Raised in an Army family, she spent most of her growing up years in Germany and Texas. Carmen graduated from Judson High School, and has been making people beautiful in the San Antonio area ever since. She and her family live in Marion where they spend much of their time enjoying country living. Carmen's husband, David, is an aircraft inspector at San Antonio Aerospace. Carmen is a Redken Certified colorist, and has attended many Redken training classes, as well as other continuing education classes. Kaya Smith-Stylist/Colorist
Kaya is a Massachusetts native who came to Texas by way of California. Of course, Texas is her favorite! She has been a stylist for over 20 years, with the past 12 here in the Schertz/Cibolo area, developing a loyal, family type of clientele. Kaya is married and has a daughter. She stays current in the latest techniques and trends by attending hair shows and classes. Hair has been her passion since she was a little girl. "I really enjoy going to work every day. When you do what you love, it's not really work. I really enjoy working with others and consider myself a team player. I want for every client who walks in, to leave after having their hair done feeling more confident and pleased with their service. Professionalism and customer service are my goal to have repeat clients and a successful business."

Brandi Martin- Massage Therapist
Brandi is a Licensed Massage Therapist with over 8 years experience. She is certified in medical massage, specializing in therapeutic/sports massage. Brandi recently received her degree in Human Services: with a specialization in addiction studies. She is a wife, and a mother to 3 teenagers. Brandi likes to spend her free time kickboxing or on the beach (or by the water) with her family and their fur baby, Zoey. Sharlene Balkenhol- Stylist/Colorist
Sharlene was born in Sonoma County, California and spent her childhood there till age 7, when her family moved to Elma, Washington. She enjoyed most of her childhood there, then relocated back to Sonoma County at age 16, where she lived for the next 6 years. She then spent the next 22 years in Mena, Arkansas, where she met her husband. They have 4 beautiful children, and 3 wonderful grandsons. She has tried her hand at many different careers, and has a degree in Business. Being a Stylist has been a passion since she was a child. Her career started at age 14, when she began giving her family haircuts, colors, and perms! Family is her biggest priority, and came first before she was able to pursue her dream to become a Cosmetologist. After raising 3 of her children, she finally had the opportunity to go to Cosmetology school. She obtained her Cosmetology license in Arkansas , and has received additional training through Joico, Redken, and Matrix, along with many hair shows and conventions. She was licensed Stylist in Arkansas for 4 years before relocating to Texas. It had always been in her plan to move to a larger city, she just didn't know it would be Texas until visiting family here. She fell in love with the people and the area. She and her family knew that this was home, and moved within a month. Sharlene enjoys spending time with family, hiking, camping, and traveling. She is now an "empty nester" and is embracing her new passion of being a World Traveler!

Mikayla Pemberton- Stylist/Colorist
Mikayla is originally from Colorado Springs, Colorado, but moved around a lot as a kid. All of her family is from Texas and she spent her summers at her Grandpa's ranch in Boerne, where she eventually ended up graduating from high school. She has been married to her best friend, David, for 4 years. She graduated from William Edge Institute in New Braunfels. She has been trained in Aveda and Wella, but her love is Pulp Riot color. She is very passionate about vivid colors and loves helping people live out the mermaid dreams. She is also certified in Dreamcatchers hair extensions.

Kerrie Davis- Stylist/Colorist
Kerrie is a Southern California native, who migrated north to Oregon, and has now become a Texan, to be closer to her family. Family is everything to her, so she is thrilled to call this home! Kerrie is an experienced Hair Stylist, who loves to do highlights, and all things color, and enjoys styling formal occasion up-do's. She is certified in Dream Catcher extensions, and has attended many continuing education classes, including Big Sexy Hair, Redken, Pravana, and many MAC make-up pro classes. Jasmine Boggs- Lash Artist-
Jasmine is a licensed Cosmetologist, since 2012, and also a licensed Lash Artist, since 2017. She received her training from Texas Laser and Aesthetics School.
